The Appointment

It’s important to us that you have an uninterrupted wedding gown matchmaker experience, where you’ll find the dress of your dreams. Our standard bridal appointments are 60 minutes. If you are looking for a longer experience you can schedule a Premier appointment for 90 minutes or book our luxury Diamond Suite for 2 hours.

We believe that your fitting should be as intimate as possible. We want the focus to stay on you and what style YOU want for your wedding day. Opinions can be overwhelming and we don't want your experience to be stressful. We advise keeping your group to under 3 guests. We do offer different appointment options if you wish to bring more!

We don't allow outside alcohol in our shop but luckily, when you say YES to your dress we provide a celebratory champagne toast. We are also located in a neighborhood where there are many cute places within walking distance to grab a drink before or after your appointment.

 Although we love children, we are not equipped to comfortably accommodate them in the store at this time.  We request that you find other arrangements for any guests 12 or under.  If a conflict arises please let us know and we will gladly reschedule your appointment for you.

We always carry a wide range of sample sizes for every bride! We have sample sizes from a 4 to 28. Our average sample size is usually between 10 and 16. We do however have creative ways that allow you to see what each dress will look like in your size. Please note the gowns can be ordered in additional sizes.

 We invite you to bring any undergarments (preferably nude!) or shoes that you're considering wearing on your wedding day. You are welcome to try on gowns braless as most gowns offer support.We can also provide a strapless bra during the appointment.

Located in the amazing neighborhood of Greenwood we are in a more residential area. We offer complimentary street parking, so be sure to allow a few extra minutes before your appointment to find the perfect spot.

Definitely! It helps your stylist get a good idea of what you are looking for. But keep an open mind because other styles might surprise you!

We love dogs, but unfortunately we kindly ask that you do not bring any dogs or pets in general to your appointment.  Service animals are of course welcome. (Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under ADA)

Gown Shopping

Yes! Our private fittings are by appointment only. If you are just looking for ideas you are more than welcome to stop by and take a look around!

Should I book an appointment before I come look at gowns?

No. We are not a consignment shop. Most of our gowns are for re-order or they are discontinued samples and designer overstock in our I Do Bridal Take Home Collection.

No. Our gowns are your forever keepsake that you will one day share with your daughter or granddaughter.

Ordering The Gown

I Do Bridal does not not have an in house seamstress. We do however have a list of thorough and trusted seamstresses in the Seattle area. This allows you to find the best person for location and price range!

 Our gowns prices range from $800 to $8,000.

Couture: $4,500-$8,000

Designer: $1,500-$4,000

Close-Out: $800-$1,500

Unfortunately, there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. There are no exceptions. We can recommend shops in the area to sell the dress. Once a gown is purchased and paid for, you are in a contractual agreement to follow through with the gown you chose.

We recommend ordering your gown at least 9 months before your wedding date.  That may seem like a long time out, but it typically takes about 6 months for your gown to arrive after you order it. Alterations can take anywhere from 1-3 months.

As soon as your know its "the one!" We recommend buying the gown that fits at your current weight and if you reach your weight goals, it's easy for seamstresses to alter the dress to fit you perfectly.
