What is your price range?
Our gowns range from $800 to $15,000. Each designer has a different price range. We encourage you to check out our "Wedding Gowns" page and see which designer fits your personal style and price point!
How long is my appointment?
We provide three different appointment types that vary in length. It’s important to us that you have an uninterrupted wedding gown experience so that you can truly find the perfect gown.
Do I need an appointment to try on gowns?
Yes! Our shop is by appointment only. We provide a one-on-one bridal experience and are not always able to accommodate walk-ins.
How many people can I bring with me?
We believe that your fitting should be as intimate as possible. We want the focus to stay on you and what style YOU want for your wedding day. We can accommodate you and 1 other guest for a standard appointment, you and up to 3 of your guests in a premier appointment, and up to 5 of your guests in our Diamond Suite. If none of the appointment options work for your group, you are able to add up to 2 additional guests to any appointment type for $25 per extra guest!
Can I bring champagne with me?
We ask that you leave any outside alcohol at home to celebrate after you say yes! When you say yes to your dress, we will send you home with a celebratory gift! There are many cute places within walking distance to toast before or after your appointment!
Can I bring children to my appointment?
Although we love children, we are not equipped to comfortably accommodate them in the store at this time. We request that you find other arrangements for any guests under the age of 12. If a conflict arises please let us know and we will gladly reschedule your appointment for you.
What sizes do you carry?
We carry a wide range of sample sizes for every bride! We have sample sizes from a 4 to 28. Our average sample size is usually between 10 and 16. We do however have creative ways that allow you to see what each dress will look like in your size. Please note the gowns can be ordered in additional sizes.
Where can I park?
Parking in the Greenwood area is street parking only. Feel free to park anywhere in the residential neighborhood, or in one of the walkable pay-to-park lots!
Am I able to view your gowns online?
Yes! Your appointment confirmation will contain a link to your own I Do Bridal profile where you can view our entire inventory on our look book! We encourage you to browse through and save your favorites to your profile!
Can I bring my pet to my appointment?
We love dogs, but we kindly ask that you do not bring any dogs or pets in general to your appointment. Service animals are of course welcome. (Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under ADA)
Do you buy used wedding gowns?
We get all of our gowns directly from bridal designers. We do not buy back gowns.
Can I rent a gown from your shop?
Our gowns are available for purchase only. If you're looking for a gown on a budget, don't worry! We have lots of options for you.
Do you provide alterations?
We have a list of thorough and trusted seamstresses in the Seattle area that we recommend to you. This allows you to find the best seamstress for location and price range!
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Once a special order is confirmed with the designer, changes or returns are not able to be made. All previously marked down gowns are final sale.
How long do gowns take to order?
We recommend ordering your gown 9-12 months before your wedding date. That may seem like a long time out, but it typically takes about 6-9 months for your gown to arrive after you order it (each designer has a different lead time). Alterations can take anywhere from 1-3 months. Always better to be safe!
When should I order my gown if I’m planning on losing weight?
We recommend buying the gown as soon as you know it’s the one. Gowns are made to be altered, so we always recommend ordering the size that fits best now and having it adjusted closer to the wedding date.
