What to Expect at Your Bridal Appointment
Things may look a little different when you come in, but we will still be celebrating your engagement and helping you say YES to the dress!
Limiting the number of guests you can bring breaks our heart and we wish everyone come with you to your appointment. Current occupancy restrictions require us to limit in-person guest counts, so we've made accommodations for video conferencing in all of our Bridal Suites. This way you can still include everyone in this special time and is the perfect option for large groups, children under 12, and any guests who are particularly vulnerable. We don't want anyone to miss out on your appointment.
Masks are required for all employees and guests in the Store. Those not comfortable or medically unable to wear a mask may join in via video chat.
Hand Sanitizer will be available at the front door and all throughout the store for all guests.
Our dresses will be steamed and sanitize sprayed between try on’s and set aside to ensure the most effective sanitization possible.
Your Stylist will be pulling all your selections for you. It’s impossible to social distance in our gown racks. We request that everyone remain in their Sanitized Bridal Suite and seated for the duration of your visit. Our suites will be sanitized between customers and we have limited the number of suites in use at this time to limit the number of appointments in each area of our store.
It’s important to be on time for your appointment. Due to the restrictions we are unable to run over the appointment times as we need to be mindful of the number of people in the Store at all times.
We also ask that you leave children at home where they are safe. We are unable to allow guests under 12 at this time.
If anyone is not feeling well, we ask that they join in via video chat versus visiting the Store.
